Our exercise studio

Thank you for your interest in Clinical Pilates, Yoga, Strength and Fitness Classes at Avenues Physio-Fitness. Bookings are essential for all classes.

All classes are run by our team of experienced Physiotherapists and Exercise Consultants.

Pilates: These classes focus on targeting the core muscles, improving shoulder and pelvic stability, optimizing muscle balance, breathing control and flexibility. Pilates is an ideal complement to your busy day. It also benefits sport performance, weights based training and cardio conditioning.

Pilates Clinical:  Ideal if you have a history of injuries and includes injury prevention techniques. These classes are always instructed by a senior physiotherapist with additional training in Clinical Pilates.

Pilates Fitness:  Pilates at a faster pace. These classes focus more on strengthening and higher intensity Pilates exercises.

Pilates Yoga: Blends the Pilates and Yoga principals. Focusing on enhancing your mobility, elongating your muscles and strengthening your core.

Pilates Circuit: Utilizing equipment with Pilates techniques. Incorporates mat and Pilates equipment into a varied circuit. This class is suitable for all levels. (Must have completed a beginner’s class first).

Pilates Beginners: A slower based class focusing on the basic Pilates principals. Small equipment and props may be added. Great if you are new to Pilates.

Yoga: Iyengar style. Yoga combines movement and breathing to relax, improve flexibility and build strength. All levels welcome.

Strength & Conditioning: Transform your fitness and strength with this interval style cardio with functional strength, all at your own pace. Ideal for sports specific or pre-season training or if you are recovering from an injury. Our classes are run by our experienced physiotherapists, so injury prevention and rehabilitation are key focuses.

Unless stated all classes run for approximately 50-55 minutes.

Classes do not run on public holidays 

Concession cards are available and can be used for any of our classes offered in the timetables above.

Payment necessary to secure a place in the class. All cancellations less that 6 hours will be charged at class fee rate.

$89 One month (30 days) unlimited classes and off-peak independent fitness.*                                                                                                                   $85 –  5 concession card valid for 3 months ($17/session)                                                                                                                                                   $155- 10 concession card valid for 6 months ($15.50/ session)                                                                                                                                             $275- 20 concession card valid for 6 months ($13.75/ session)
