All classes are run by our team of experienced Physiotherapists and Exercise Consultants.
Pilates: These classes focus on targeting the core muscles, improving shoulder and pelvic stability, optimizing muscle balance, breathing control and flexibility. Pilates is an ideal complement to your busy day. It also benefits sport performance, weights based training and cardio conditioning.
Pilates Clinical Focus: Ideal if you have a history of injuries and includes injury prevention techniques. Also great for active beginners. Small equipment and props may be added. These classes are always instructed by a senior physiotherapist with additional training in Clinical Pilates.
Pilates Fitness Focus: Pilates at a faster pace. These classes focus more on strengthening and higher intensity Pilates exercises. Not suitable for beginners.
Pilates Stretch Flow Focus: Blends the Pilates and Yoga principals. Focusing on enhancing your mobility, elongating your muscles and strengthening your core. All levels welcome.
Yoga: Lyengar style. Yoga combines movement and breathing to relax, improve flexibility and build strength. All levels welcome.
Functional Strength & Conditioning: Transform your fitness and strength with this interval style cardio with functional strength class. All intervals at your own pace. Ideal for sports specific or pre-season training or if you are recovering from an injury. Our classes are run by our experienced physiotherapists, so injury prevention and rehabilitation are key focuses.
Hip & Knee Operative Rehabilitation: Suitable for any stage pre or post hip or knee surgery. May also suit other surgeries. The exercises within the class are adjusted by our experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapists to suit your rehabilitation goals. Small group size with a high level of personal supervision. Your surgery is just the first step towards a successful outcome, ensure you achieve your goals- fast and safely! One on one assessment required prior to class commencing.
Running Group: Add variety to your training with running based drills with the inclusion of running yoga, strength and injury prevention strategies. A maximum of 5 km.
Absolute beginner or new to exercise: we recommend a one on one assessment first.
One on one assessment also required prior to an independent fitness program.
Classes do not run on public holidays
Concession cards are available and can be used for any of our classes offered in the timetables above.
Payment necessary to secure a place in the class. All cancellations less that 6 hours will be charged at class fee rate.
