Workplace Assessments

Research indicates a fit and healthy workforce is a happy and productive team.  Workplace accidents and injuries cost both the employer and employee in many ways so prevention and early intervention is the key. Individual ergonomic workstation assessments are important in prevention of pain and workplace discomfort. These have been proven to reduce the incidence of OOS (Occupational Overuse Syndrome) or RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) in the workplace. Avenues Physio-Fitness has experienced physiotherapists with expertise in injury prevention and truly understand workplace pressures on the musculoskeletal system. We would relish the opportunity to work with you and your team to help improve workplace fitness and ergonomics to ensure optimum productivity.
