Strength & Conditioning Class

Transform your fitness and strength to another level with these fun and supportive classes. This group class combines interval style cardio with functional strength, all at your own pace. Suitable for any fitness level with progressions for the advanced athlete and plenty of alternatives for the beginner. Our strength and conditioning class is great for sports specific or pre-season training or if you are recovering from an injury- you work at your own intensity. Better still, classes are run by our experienced physiotherapists, so injury prevention and rehabilitation are key focuses.

We incorporate steps, weights, resistance bands, suspension trainers and many other fitness equipment to provide you with a fun and well balanced strength and conditioning class.
